Will this conflict with my existing feed app (Simprosys, DataFeedWatch, AdNabu)?
No. Auto-Fix uses a Merchant API v1 supplemental data source, Google merges supplemental on top of your primary feed, so your existing app keeps doing its job. Reverting GMC Guardian's changes is one click; we delete our data source and Google falls back to your primary feed within minutes. -
Is the “AI appeal letter” just another GPT wrapper?
No, and that's also not our headline feature anymore. Google's 2026 review flow is identity-gated, video-verified, and AI-adjudicated, most suspensions don't have a free-text field for an “appeal letter”. The killer feature is the Reinstatement Report: cross-system identity reconciliation, re-evaluation signal detection, cool-down attempt tracking, and a concise narrative (≤500 words, legal-grade) for the few channels that still take free text. -
Do I have to be on Shopify?
Phase 1 integrates directly into your Shopify admin. Non-Shopify merchants get a standalone web app in Phase 2, powered by the same engine, different install path. -
What happens if I sell in a restricted category (healthcare, finance, alcohol)?
Auto-Fix Auto-pilot is force-disabled for restricted categories regardless of subscription tier, every change is shown to you for approval first. We surface a clear disclaimer and document why in our terms; the merchant retains responsibility for legal compliance on what is published. -
What data do you store?
Encrypted Shopify access token (libsodium AEAD), GMC OAuth tokens, scan archives (90 days Free / 1 year paid), Reinstatement Report PDFs (signed URLs, 7-day expiry). No customer PII. GDPR redact webhooks implemented day one. -
How does billing work?
Shopify Billing API for recurring plans (Free, Starter $29, Pro $79). 14-day free trial on paid plans. Cancel any time from your Shopify admin, Pro downgrades to Free at the end of the period, no proration surprises.
